Objective of the projectThe project is to substantiate the interdisciplinary consolidation of the Kazakh language of the expressing fruitful thoughts for many centuries, modeling by integrating innovative learning with different fields. Building a synergetic platform for the development of the national language in the context of applied linguistics.

Relevance: The relevance of the project is determined by the need to develop the Kazakh language as an important factor in enhancing the economic and technological competitiveness of the country in the context of globalization. In the modern world, there is a risk of displacement of national languages, which makes their preservation and development particularly important. Expanding the scope of the Kazakh language requires the integration of achievements of global linguistics and adaptation to modern scientific and technological conditions. The integration of the language into the interdisciplinary educational space plays a key role in its functional development. The study of the Kazakh language is considered in the context of its spiritual-cultural, cognitive, and cumulative functions, which strengthens its role in shaping the intellectual potential of society. An important direction is the development of an innovative paradigm that transforms the language into a tool for integrating science and education. An interdisciplinary approach combining linguistics with philosophy, history, psychology, and other sciences contributes to the formation of new scientific knowledge. An additional aspect of the project’s relevance is the implementation of the state language policy aimed at increasing the status of the Kazakh language and its use in international communication. The results of the study will contribute to the training of highly qualified specialists with strong language competence, meeting the demands of modern society.

Expected and achieved results: Within the framework of the project, the relevance of consolidating synergetics and expressive stylistics was substantiated, linguistic theoretical approaches were systematized, and scientific conclusions were proposed. An interdisciplinary integration of phraseological units and fixed expressions of the Kazakh language with other scientific fields was carried out, and the conceptual significance of synergetics was studied in both diachronic and synchronic aspects. The structural functions of synergetics were analyzed, and its key concepts and integration links with other sciences were identified. A linguo-synergetic database was developed, and a glossary of expressive interdisciplinary consolidation was created. An international seminar was held in Samarkand in 2025, where key directions of linguistics, innovative teaching methods, and prospects for the use of digital technologies were discussed; as a result, a memorandum of cooperation between universities was signed. Cluster paradigms were developed, making it possible to identify the influence of expressive stylistics on speech culture and communicative competence. A classification system of lexical and stylistic clusters reflecting semantic and pragmatic features of the language was created. The digital component of the project was implemented, including the development of elements of a web platform and a mobile application for text systematization, analysis, and synthesis. A scientific and methodological round table was held, confirming the effectiveness of synergetic and interdisciplinary approaches in education. Four articles were published in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education, four in conference proceedings, and one publication was prepared for the RSCI database. The obtained results confirm the high scientific and methodological level of the project, its practical significance, and its potential for implementation in educational and scientific environments.
