AP22684928 – Improving the efficiency of diagnosing the technical condition of pumping units by developing a methodology for implementing equipment
Relevance: Timely diagnosis of the technical condition of pumping units is crucial for improving reliability and reducing equipment maintenance costs in the mining and metallurgical industry. The relevance of the project is due to the need to introduce effective methods for monitoring and forecasting equipment life in conditions of increased operational load.
Purpose: Development of methods and tools for assessing the technical condition of pumping units based on the analysis of the results of vibration diagnostics, the influence of the temperature factor and forecasting the remaining resource
Scientific supervisor: Ph.D., Saatova Layla
Expected and achieved results: The research topic has been worked out, scientific and technical literature has been studied, research directions and main problems have been identified. A systematic review of the existing MRO systems of mining, metallurgical and machine-building industries. The analysis of existing methods of technical diagnostics is carried out and the main advantages and disadvantages are identified.
