BR21881822 — Development of technical solutions for optimization of geological and technical operations during well drilling and oil production at the late stage of field operation

Goal of the work: The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of oil and gas production, reduce the cost of their extraction, increase the service life of wells and reduce the risk of accidents.

Relevance of the work: The conducted research will help improve the processes of oil and gas production. New modeling methods will make it possible to more accurately predict oil recovery and reduce well flooding, while an optimized water hammer will increase drilling safety and efficiency. Polymer gels and sodium hypochlorite will help to stabilize production in difficult conditions, and improved polyurethane coatings will extend the service life of the equipment. These solutions will reduce the costs of operation and transportation, ensuring the sustainable development and economic efficiency of the industry.

Results obtained:  Within the framework of the research and development work, all objectives were successfully achieved, confirming the comprehensive and completed nature of the project. Technologies for reducing oil viscosity were developed and experimentally validated, leading to improved oil recovery and field development efficiency. Methods for predicting paraffin deposition and specialized software for PVT and WAX calculations were created. An innovative hydraulic hammer was designed and successfully tested, demonstrating increased drilling rates and reduced operational costs. Studies of gel-polymer compositions enabled optimization of their formulation and improved permeability control. New protective coatings with high resistance to corrosion and environmental impacts were developed. The results have been implemented in industry and education and are confirmed by publications, patents, and implementation acts.
