AP25794497 – Integration of Industry 4.0 Technologies into Architectural and Construction Education in Kazakhstan
Objective of the project – The goal of the project is to develop and implement educational courses on the latest technologies in the field of architecture and construction, enabling students of Satbayev University and Kazakhstan to acquire the key competencies necessary for successful professional activity in the context of the digital transformation of the industry.
Relevance: Amid the rapid advancement of modern technologies, the architecture and construction industries are undergoing significant transformations. However, the education system is not fully keeping pace with these changes. Therefore, the development of structured knowledge and skills in emerging technologies, as well as their integration into educational programs, has become particularly relevant.

Expected and achieved results: The project has identified key priorities for integrating modern technologies into architectural and construction education programs. A comprehensive methodological framework has been developed based on the analysis of scientific sources and online courses. Advanced equipment has been introduced into the educational process, accompanied by pilot training sessions. A concept for short-term educational courses has been established, with clearly defined content. Surveys and interviews have helped identify current needs and essential competencies. Work is ongoing to prepare scientific publications and disseminate the project results.
