AP22684027 – Development and research of innovative technologies and techniques to improve the energy efficiency of heavy rotor process machines in start-up modes
Purpose: Improving the energy efficiency, resource and reliability of industrial rotary equipment drives by optimizing start-up modes.
Relevance: The project is relevant due to the need to improve the energy efficiency and reliability of the drives of technological machines with a heavy rotor, especially in start-up modes where traditional electric drives experience critical loads. The development of a pneumatic auxiliary starting device makes it possible to reduce the load on the electric drive, extend its service life and increase the efficiency of the equipment.
Scientific supervisor: Ph.D., Sarybayev Yerzhan
Expected and achieved results: Based on the results of monitoring the research object, a technical specification has been developed for the manufacture of a full-scale model that meets all the requirements. Changes have been made to the object of development that meet the requirements of patenting.
